How does messaging with a mentor actually work?

Unlimited threads, one topic each, so your pay negotiation doesn't get tangled up with your budget. Replies land back in your lab, and we email you so you're not sitting there refreshing. It's a running conversation through your week, not a support ticket.

How fast will my mentor reply?

Within 48 hours on business days, often sooner. Weekends can be slower. If something is time-sensitive, mark the message urgent and we'll try to prioritise it.

What if I don't use the mentor hour one month?

Plan hours reset each month and don't roll over. They're a rhythm, not a stockpile. If a month gets away from you, the messaging is still there the whole time, and you can book a one-off session on any plan whenever you need one.

What does it cost to stop?

Cancel in your first 10 days before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After that, cancel from Plan & billing and you keep access until the end of the period you've already covered. No surprise renewals.

Is this financial advice?

No. Mentoring covers habits, decision-making and accountability. It isn't financial advice, and your mentor won't recommend specific products, shares or investments.
